Online Ordering:
We have an online ordering system that utilizes a feature of your internet browser called a cookie (no not the wonderful Breakfast Cookie!). A cookie assigns an identification code to your computer. These are files that the browser places on your computer (not ours). The cookie keeps track of items you put into the shopping cart. You must have your browser set up to allow cookies and javascript in order for the system to work properly. A COOKIE ALONE CANNOT READ YOUR HARD DRIVE TO FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOUR INCOME IS, OR WHERE YOU LIVE. We gather the needed personal information directly from you at your discretion.
Q. May I order by phone or mail?
Currently we encourage shoppers to place their orders online. However, we will take orders by phone. Simply call us at 1-888-419-0388, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (PST). Because we are a small family run business, we may be out or helping others and you may leave your name and number. We will respond to you, generally within 24 hours, and take your order.

Q. I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
E-mail confirmations are sent to you automatically when you place your order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us by e-mail. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and what you ordered, so we can fully research your order.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
Your confirmation e-mail will have details on how to check the status of your order, or you can email us, and we will check the UPS tracking system for you.
Q. Why does it take so long until you ship my cookie order?
Orders that don't include perishable food products, typically ship out within two business days. Orders that include perishable food products, generally ship within three to four business days from our facility.
Q. It's been three weeks and my package isn't here. What do I do?
First, check your UPS tracking number that you should have received via e-mail. If you haven't received an e-mail, send us an e-mail referencing your order ID. Please include your full name, address, and phone number so we can fully research your order.
Q. I just received my order and it is incorrect. What do I do?
Baker's Box strives to ensure that each order is exactly what you ordered. However, we are aware that errors do occur. Please call us or send an e-mail, include your full name, and invoice number shown on the top right hand corner of your invoice. We will research the error and get back with you quickly with a resolution.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't shipped, you may cancel it.
Send us an e-mail, including your full name, address, phone number, and what you ordered, and we will cancel your order. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled unless it is a non-food item.
Q. I just received my order and tried some of the foods. I thought I'd like them but I don't. Can I return the order? Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Baker's Box sells primarily healthy food products and because customer's individual tastes and nutritional requirements vary, we are unable to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Be sure of your order prior to placement. If you are unsure, make a small order so you can sample the product before making a large volume order.
Most un-opened food items can be returned once the shipment has been received if the return occurs within 30 days of placing the order. Unfortunately, Breakfast Cookie sales are not returnable. Other food items may be returned by mailing back to Baker's Box at 13815 172nd Pl E Puyallup, WA 98374. You will be issued a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs.
Q. How do I find out the shipping costs?
Shipping is based on weight and zip code. Customers can go through the ordering process, prior to entering their name and address and see what the total cost of the order would be without actually placing an order.
